What makes a translation agency effective?

The clients: our deep and long experience confirms that it depends on the trust and satisfaction of regular clients. Quality Management System Certificate

In 2003, we verified our processes against ISO 9001:2000 to obtain independent assessment of our effectiveness. Since then, we have had our systems audited on an annual basis. Each year, the audit has reconfirmed the validity of our certificate. Today we are ISO 9001:2015 certified.

Information Safety Management System

In 2019, we implemented an Information Safety Management System (ISMS) that is ISO 27001:2013 certified.

 

Our infrastructure and processes meet the requirements of the ISO 27001 standard, which means that we can assure our clients and partners that the data they provide us with are safe.
